Together with a team of nine other people, Alexey continues to work in the Christian club, which already has about 40attendees (young people, teenagers, and children nine years old and older). All the visitors are divided into four groups, where they listen about Christ, sing songs, play various games, and share. The church where Alexey is involved in ministry is fairly young. It was begun 2 years ago by two missionary families. It now has sixteen members, and 80% of them are busy with the club.

Lyudmila Kalyuzhnaya, graduate of the “Bachelor of Missiology” Program. After her graduation from DCU, Lyuda settled down in Kiev where she has been involved in ministry with orphans since 2007.

Ruslan Kuzmitch, a 1998 DCU ‘Bachelor of Theology’ graduate presently serves as the second pastor at a church in Nizhnegorske (Crimea). Amongst his many duties there, he leads two groups aimed at young people - one for teenagers and another for youth. He organizes summer retreats and camping trips for these groups and supervises the teenagers’ club work at the church. Teenagers from non-Christian families are attracted to the club.

Zoya Bardina, 1995 DCU graduate of a radio course. From 1996 to 1997, Zoya Bardina, a 1995 DCU radio course graduate, worked as chief editor at the Far-Eastern Association of Christian Radio Broadcasters at “The Radio Church”.

Since his 1999 graduation from DCU’s one year missionary program, Alexander Guz looks back at his time spent at DCU and recalls that it helped him to realize how Eastern Europe’s great need of ministers is what enlarged his missionary vision. This is why Alexander joined a large-scale Christian Tent Mission immediately after graduating. And today he’s the executive director of Christian Tent Ministries (CTM) in Russia.
